Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!  We ship everywhere, with the exception of APO/MPO addresses as our postal service has great difficulty getting orders to these addresses. Pure Limits is not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

 

How fast do you dispatch my order?

Usually the same day and worse case the next day.  Because we are the manufacturers of our products, we carry everything in stock and so within 24 hours of placing your order, we have it packed and dispatched to you.

 

I am ordering from Australia, why do I have to pay GST?

Although we sell globally, we are legally an Australian entity and by law must charge GST to customers purchasing from Australia.  The GST component is inlcuded in the purchase price of your order and your invoice is fully ATO compliant.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

For Australian Orders?

We ship the same business day and we use Australia Post eParcel. Orders placed before 11am AEDT will be delivered within 1-3 business days. This service may take longer to some rural areas. We do everything that we can to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

For International Orders?

We ship the same business day and we use Australia Post airmail. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is a flat rate of $15 per order. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities or taxes that may be applied by the government of the destination country. AirMail from Australia can take between 5-20 BUSINESS days to deliver. Pure Limits does not accept any responsibility for delivery delays, customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

 

What currency are your prices in?

Depending on where you visit our site from, prices may display in $AU or $US. However, all of our orders are processed in the equivalent $AU and include any taxes that are applicable to your region.

 

What is the warranty on your products?

All Pure Limits products come with a 12 month warranty on all faults and defects. Other branded products come with their manufacturers warranty. If you need to return your product under warranty, you can follow the simple return process detailed below.

 

How can I change the size I purchased?

Easy. If the size you ordered does not suit you, simply return the item to us (your cost) and we will ship you a replacement in the correct size (our cost) and a 10% off your next purchase voucher.  Just log into your account on the Pure Limits website and you can start the returns process by selecting returns and following the instuctions.

 

Do your products shrink?

Generally no but some of our Signature Series Tshirts are made from a bamboo/cotton blend that does shrink initially. We have built that shrinkage into the design.

 

How do I return part or all of my order?

Easy.  Just log into your account on the Pure Limits website and you can easily request a return directly from there.  Our Customer Service Team will assist you all the way.

 

What is your policy on reviews?

We have a very simple policy. We publish all reviews that are not spam no matter good, bad or indifferent. We also only allow reviews from customers that have bought the product they are reviewing.
