Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!  We ship everywhere, with the exception of APO/MPO addresses as our postal service has great difficulty getting orders to these addresses. Pure Limits is not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

 

How fast do you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days. You will be notified when your order is dispatched.

 

What currency are your prices in?

Depending on where you visit our site from, prices may display in $AU or $US. However, all of our orders are processed in the equivalent $AU and include any taxes that are applicable to your region.

 

What is the warranty on your products?

All PureLimits products come with a 12 month warranty on all faults and defects.

 

How can I change the size I purchased?

Easy. If the size you ordered does not suit you, simply return the item to us (your cost) and we will ship you a replacement in the correct size (our cost) and a 10% off your next purchase voucher.  Just log into your account on the Pure Limits website and you can start the returns process by selecting returns and following the instuctions.

 

Do your products shrink?

Generally no but some of our Signature Series Tshirts are made from a bamboo/cotton blend that does shrink initially. We have built that shrinkage into the design.

 

How do I return part or all of my order?

Easy.  Just log into your account on the Pure Limits website and you can easily request a return directly from there.  Our Customer Service Team will assist you all the way.

 

What is your policy on reviews?

We have a very simple policy. We publish all reviews that are not spam no matter good, bad or indifferent. We also only allow reviews from customers that have bought the product they are reviewing.
